Electing ideas to replace a common origin has so many interpretations to which ideology is most significant and actual life considered worth less. Reality takes priority over adapting to mutually occupying time inhabiting space geographically here as conceived to replace those added one's time being alive forward.

Societal evolution has become the game of who's who in rank and privileges given to those elected or appoint themselves to direct outcomes for each ancestor added to the species until great great grandchildren stop being added showing the species reached extinction..

The fact remains a small Electoral College State will not vote to give up what little power they have... Since around 28 States have 10 or less Electoral College Votes ---your thought of getting a 75% Majority to change the Constitution is really just a hypothetical discussion, leading no where
