I don't want a Broadcast Media that is afraid to broadcast their opinions.
A woman's TV gossip show speculated that a Public Figure [the White House Spokesman] was chosen for her beauty.
I don't see how this is defamatory, or actionable in any way.
I thought Public Figures were considered fair game...?
