Then it turns out the tariffs are, as predicted, paid by Americans.
SCOTUS tells Grifty he can't do that...but Grifty doesn't want to give it back to the Americans from whom he stole it.....who are now out 5k PLUS their share of $200 billion....and whose import taxes just rose by 50%...
We both know you can't because he never did make that promise.
