You know, the way I see it is Paxton will clearly win in Nov. First off, let's do some math. Texas hasn’t elected a Democrat statewide since the same year Forrest Gump was in theaters.
Running as a Democrat in Texas is basically LARPing as a contender. Then there is the fact that outside Austin, most Texans don't know the ****. Texas is 254 counties. Democrats win…maybe...three. Maybe four if the wind is right....and democratic turnout in Texas midterms is like Bigfoot. People swear it exists, but nobody’s ever actually seen it.
