Yes — a Russian drone did hit Romania, but Romania and NATO both clarified it was spillover from Russia’s attack on Ukraine, not a deliberate strike on Romania itself. Still, it’s a serious violation of NATO airspace and the first time a populated area in Romania was hit and civilians were injured.
