That's a tough one. America is as bad as it's ever been since the Civil War, but blaming Biden is akin to blaming someone who's been incapacitated with a full-on stroke.
I'd say Obama is the worst President EVER.
He put into motion what is happening today. He's the creator of this mess of a government and society.
