Just one .22 LR to the face or head will make most anyone leave grandma alone. And one just below the left nipple between the ribs will kill them. A nice straight on neck shot through the air and food pipes will be successful too, and then into the spine behind that is almost assured. And with a slight miss to the left or right, the carotid artery will produce a fun and colorful fountain.
