And we all know exactly who won't register them. How many millions of bussacap in yoo axe guns will never be tracked down? Every one of them. The animals will have them, the zookeepers will not. Bad guy always gets a pass. Let's say the government decided to confiscate all Jeep Wranglers for some reason. If they weren't registered it would be practically impossible for Uncle Sam to do that.
