Biden engaged in hyperbole when he said no one thinks we can. The truth is there are a lot of people who think we can cure cancer as we know it, and they are in laboratories today working on it.

The best cure would be like the cure for polio, a vaccine. It would be given to everybody, who’d take it.
Then a palliative cure would come next, for those who refuse vaccines.
There will always be a few, that refuse.
