Instead of referring to them as "looters", will "***" suffice? "***" pretty much sums up all criminal activity and an invasive species in one easy word. Like the starling. That said, here in Florida it's pretty much an unwritten if you loot after a Hurricane, there's the very real possibility of getting your *** shot off, or badly beaten.... There will be a heavy price to pay, either through the Law, or by a well armed & angry home or business owner.. There's no sympathy and few willing to defend them.
But not so with these Smash & Grab Flash-Mobs.. You have the Negro Mayor of Chicago, DC and other Democrats on the Left whose greatest concern in this criminal epidemic is to not stigmatize the rampaging little bastards busting up & robbing businesses... You cannot even label the thieving thugs, so punishing them is obviously out of the question... There is no fear of consequence, when the consequences do not exist.
