1. Her smile is obviously a genuine one. She is elated.
2. She is looking down to hide her obvious lust for the President.
3. She is leaning far to the left due her spinal condition. She has scoliosis.
4. The President is not attempting to give her a reach around under her dress or whispering the question, "Are you wearing your training bra?"
