I have to disagree. I would never want that. Although a minority, we have had and do have some of the finest and patriotic black Americans...far and above most white Americans. And I hold them to high esteem.
But when I take the question as posed without bringing in morals or ethics, which is actually being dishonest to the question itself, YES, the quality of life would improve. If the question was posed in a "should we eliminate" manner...well, hell no.
