The area east north east of Glacier Peak Washington is great if you don't mind being really in the middle of nowhere.
I lived in Montana for quite a few years in the past. Area had little snow...central area. I'll take a few months of minus 20 degrees and shovel snow -vs- living with liberal filth and feral simians every time.
