The officer told him he would show him the ordinance, cocklicker. AFTER he got off the street as commanded. Your brain isn't wired right. So, in your thick head, if a person is in the process of violating ANY law they don't know exists, they have the right to see the law before ceasing what they are doing? Great. Show your ignorance right here and now. I didn't know it was against the law to take someone's car without permission (theft), so "No, officer, I won't get out of this car, and I'll continue on my way until you show me a law that says I can't have it"
