Gladys Kravitz is a busy body - not a body of evidence. A "phone call" from Gladys Kravitz (or Abner, for that matter) doesn't mean jack ****. It is not uncommon that the person who CALLED the cops is the one who goes to jail. Your mere ability to cop call does not overcome the United States Constitution.
