I was talking to a lady that worked there that I knew, and she told me they wouldn't let her refi her own mortgage thru them, even tho she worked there!
The worst I was ever treated by a bank was at Wells Fargo! Insulted to my face!
I found their horses to be far too slow when doing transfers.
