Well, ****, why don't we just get rid of all law-enforcement, defund them and disband them, and let the citizenry take care of themselves??
THAT would solve the problem, wouldn't it? Hey, we didn't have organized police forces until 1844, when New York formed their department half a century after the ratification of the Constitution, so what's the point of having them, right??
