Neither does it authorize mercenaries as a militia........
Now it begs the question how many ways is the constitution misconstrued? Politicians are experts at such activity and too often are not questioned.
Riddle me this, Batman:
How can a "right of the people" somehow NOT be a "right of the people"?? Why did Jefferson say it was "every American's right and duty to be at all times armed"? The right of self-defense is considered one of the most fundamental rights of humanity.
How can you NOT understand that??
