Emergency orders are NOT grounds to violate the Constitutional rights of citizens. In fact, there is a crime called "Violation of Civil Liberties Under Color of Law". It's a felony, and there is talk of the governor being arrested for it. And yes, some people talking about it are Democrats.
You are mischaracterizing the law. It completely bans the right of self-defense to people outside their homes, one of the most fundamental rights we possess.
