A couple of points...the schools are wanting to keep gender change stuff away from parents. They can't arrange surgery for a child yet but Trump's point is solid!
For a very long time I've said that I wish Republicans would stop talking about replacing Obamacare. Just repeal it. When you take out the garbage you don't replace it with anything other than an empty container. The whole idea was wrong headed. Any attempt to reengineer it will also be wrong headed.
