Are you a health insurnce lobbyist? If not, why are you getting excited to defend a system that rips you off?
You need some FACTS to back you claim. Which you have NONE.
For those who have never used Japan’s medical system before, for typical doctor visits, 70 percent of the bill is either paid by the government or the patient’s employer, and the patient covers the remaining 30 percent. However, for more expensive procedures such as heart surgery, there are certain limits to how much a person can pay, ensuring that they don’t go bankrupt from visiting the hospital.

Now, you want to tell me how GREAT that is again?? Because ANY government ran health care system/plan/you name it, WILL NOT be as comprehensive as you say it is. Simply because GOVERNMENT cannot possibly PAY FOR EVERYTHING EVERYONE WANTS!! It becomes COST PROHIBITIVE and in EVERY CASE, cuts are made or TAXES are increased DRAMATICALLY to pay for it.
As far as me "defending" anything, its more I DO NOT WANT GOVERNMENT INVOLVED IN OUR HEALTH CARE ANY MORE THAN THEY ALREADY ARE!! The simple facts are, MEDICARE is facing FINANCIAL CRISIS in the next few years and either BENEFITS ARE CUT, OR TAXES MUST BE INCREASED to pay for it. Choose you poison on that one, because you can't have it BOTH WAYS!!

The Democratic Party seems intransigent on their position of keeping the party ‘woke,’ detached, exclusionary, and totally insane.
