Well, DICKBREATH, perhaps you should look at the CONSTITUTION of JAPAN and discover that it PROHIBITS using their Navy for anything BUT DEFENSIVE ACTIONS!! You know, that CONSTITUTION that AMERICANS literally wrote for them AFTER WW II.
