Do you NOT realize that EVERY PROSPECTUS on EVERY INVESTMENT requires the statement that "YOU MAY LOSE MONEY"?? AND that every Prospectus MUST be filed with and APPROVED BY the Security and Exchange Commission!! AND DONE SO PRIOR TO ANY RELEASE OF ANY IPO or securities sales.
