He was caught during a 2017 ballot audit doubtlessly motivated by MAGAt demands for Federal interference in state functions. Though he would be flagged for having done so numerous times, he was convicted in NH on one instance..
The conviction was reversed on a procedural issue and remanded back to the Grafton Superior Court for further proceedings.
Though the grounds for reversal were quite narrow, reflexive MAGAt imbeciles and other toadies are touting it as a declaration of innocence....even though the case was remanded and the perp is currently in negotiations with the state's AG.
To any non idiot, the fact of the duplicate ballots should be sufficient to raise serious questions about innocence....
But that's before getting into the weeds of the facts...
