It doesn't take a "genius" to have known THAT fact.
And yes, it WILL help in that the cleaning of the voter rolls will get a BUNCH of them NOT casting ballots. **** can't win without cheating so of course they are pulling out all the rhetorical stops to make people mad, when EVERYONE should support this because it IS so common sense. IF someone isn't LEGALLY allowed to vote, they need to be PURGED from the voter rolls. But you can bet, our boy @Blackvegetable will HATE this since it prevents his COMMIES from winning!!
