It does NOTHING to increase the supply, but only to INCREASE THE SALARIES AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE who are SCREWING UP ROYALLY IN the bye-DUMB administration.
It adds NO increased production facilities, no more ingredients to make it, no more factory workers to produce it.
It ONLY ADDS MORE BUREAUCRACY TO AN ALREADY BLOATED AGENCY THAT COULDN'T GET THEIR CRAP TOGETHER AND GET THE PLANT THEY CLOSED INSPECTED AND BACK ON LINE!!! NOT because there was a shortage or people to inspect it, BUT BECAUSE OF AN ADMINISTRATION THAT HAS NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
