Do you THINK we should explain to the MORON that the Federal Reserve can ONLY PRINT MONEY that the US GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZES THEM TO PRINT THROUGH SPENDING BILLS THEY PASS AND due to LOANS BEING MADE BY MEMBER BANKS when the ECONOMIC CONDITIONS WARRANT IT TO HAPPEN!!! In that case, they are doing "Quantitative easing" and in effect are BUYING AN ASSET from the bank.
