The espionage act was written before the "classification" process even existed.
And that means that whatever is in it, isn't going to be a violation of ANY Espionage Act or any other LAW. And the PRESIDENT ISN'T SUBJECT TO ANY OF THE ACT since he can DECLASSIFY ANYTHING AT ANY TIME BY ANY MEANS HE DESIRES!!
