A. You have no idea what locations President Obama may have authorized his Vice President to take classified documents to.  Neither do I.  

In fact, couldn't President Obama say, today, that he had actually remembers declassifying those documents "in his mind" at the time?  That was the excuse given by the clown!  jk

B. And if it turned out that the outgoing president declassified a document, made it available for public inspection, and its disclosure was adjudged to have been used for the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, the outgoing president is guilty of violating the Espionage Act of 1917, which was written long before the entire process of classifying/declassifying documents was even created.

And the apologist STILL has more excuses to fail with, rather than sending him money for his LEGAL DEFENSE which he will need in due course.

So you are saying that since your boy Bye-DONE "turned them back in" there was "no crime" committed.

Funny how they don't see it that way if I would rob a bank and then turn the money over and say, "see, I didn't commit any crime since I turned the money back in". Face it, SFB, you have ZERO affirmative LEGAL DEFENSE you can present. The LAW IS SIMPLE- you REMOVE documents into an UNSECURED LOCATION, you are stealing them. Add to this that the Constitution has LONG recognized that the President as COMMANDER IN CHIEF has the authority from the day he takes office to be able to declassify and release information as he desires. IN SPITE OF YOU BS CLAIM on the "Espionage Act". It doesn't apply to ANY President.
