The President cannot violate the Espionage Act, SFB. How many times do you need to be schooled on that SIMPLE FACT?? The President is given FULL AUTHORITY to enforce the ACT and the reality is, the SCOTUS has pretty much ruled it was NOT a Constitutional Act in the first place......
