You seem to think that you can use ANYTHING you want in applying the Espionage Act, when the FACTS ARE that the system to classify and declassify information was established for the SOLE PURPOSE of determining what IS and what ISN'T information that can be public knowledge. If the rogue, outgoing president decides to declassify volumes of highly sensitive information, it may very well be technically UNCLASSIFIED, but it certainly does not stop being highly sensitive and its release could certainly injure the United States and advantage another nation.
