Everyone knows he was DISCHARGED FOR FAILING A DOPE PISS TEST, MORON!!
HE was a "public affairs Officer" which simply means, he tried to make the Navy appealing for young potential recruits. HE HAD NO ACCESS TO ANYTHING CLASSIFIED while in the Navy.
