I know one thing about you for certain. You have never billed a dime to any government agency.
I billed many government agencies for services I performed over the years. It's one reason I know that my statement was 100% accurate. I could have bilked them out of a ton of $$, but honesty is always best and one reason to do the right things instead of risking getting prosecuted as others have found out the hard way.
