I bitch slapped him massively with the FACTS regarding the LAWS that Congress passed that require GAO review of the costs vs the benefits. Benefits of the "rule" did not help one iota with the problems and therefore the costs exceeded any cost benefit out there. THAT was in the Obama Law, not Trump's.
