Hater to tell you dope-arse, but Bragg is testing a "legal theory" that has NEVER been used to prosecute ANYONE EVER since it's been a known fact that it's one that JURISTS would toss inside of 2 seconds. He's attempting to turn a misdemeanor into a felony with NO LAW IN PLACE that would allow that to happen. AND it's a risky attempt since he needs to PROVE beyond a shadow of any doubt that a felony was committed without ANY LEGAL STANDING to do so.
