The REALITY of this case is simple. The Feds REFUSED to bring charges in 2016. There was NO EVIDENCE that any "payout" was used to advance a political campaign. This is NOT any kind of "justice" but nothing more than a PERSECUTION under some **** LEGAL THEORY that is likely to be tossed is there is a DECENT JUDGE in the State to hear the motions to dismiss.
