No, it's not. But the ACT COMMITTED to receive that money IS ILLEGAL and hence the MONEY attached to it is subject to GOVERNMENT SEIZURE under the law!!! Which is WHY the banks issued SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORTS on the deposits.The FISH in Delaware is REALLY starting to STINK and has been for a VERY long time.
