This leaves them 40 hours per week to do drugs, sell drugs, steal or do really whatever they want up to and including NOT A DAMN THING.
The 100,000/year actually only buys 25% of what it would without the socialism in place. This is why the motivation equation shows a 75% reduction in incentive.
