He lived with his parents until he was well into his 40's without having ever worked. Did massive amounts of drugs not just by the accounts of others, but his own account as well. Then they finally got him a job and paid for him to leave. He needs to be watched as he tends to have trouble functioning on his own. He is halfway retarded.
And now we find out he was mayor of a dinky little town and was taken to pulling shotguns on Blacks and chasing them down the street for no apparent reason other than, "They looked suspicious". Why would someone who can't distinguish bottle rockets from AR15's be allowed to carry a concealed shotgun under his car seat. And he wasn't even in his own town at the time, a neighboring town. I would think it obvious the "black guy" wasn't concealing an AR-15. Not an easy thing concealing an AR-15.
