Of course, Trump knew not a thing about healthcare when he promised an improvement. He was ignorant and of course, he does not read, and cannot choose advisors that have the answers, because he prefers lickspittles, asskissers and brownnosers.
He did not get the Wall because he started out claiming that he was an EXPERT on walls. So he was imagining a concrete wall 20 ft high. But then someone pointed out that that would cost too much and you could not see what was going on on the other side. So he ended up with steel bars that a person with a battery powered sawzall could get through in about ten minutes.
Trump was not rendered incompetent by the Democrats. He was A L R E A D Y incompetent, a silly asshole that lost a billion dollars on a casino! Everyone should have known that he was incompetent. He has never been anything BUT incompetent.
