True dat. Would also depend on how they are counted. Not sure what data you have or how everyone was accounted for. Just know the actual government guys I have worked with at NASA and Defense are all union. And then they have a bunch of people contracted out to work with them. However, people on active duty in the military work for the federal government...and I don't think they are part of a union (at least none of the family member I have that are veterans were in a union). So there goes your "every government employee is unionized" claim.
