Biden's term would long be over. And even then it wouldn't meet the hurdle to overturn the election. The reason being is that while you can prove the same guy dropped 100 ballots per day for 30 days (i.e. 3000 ballots) and there were 1000's of them doing this, whereby they then returned to BLM or ANTIFA or wherever to repeat the crime; there is no way to prove whose name was voted for on those ballots. Once they went into the pile there is no means of determining which were illegally cast and which are legit. So while it is obvious ANTIFA and BLM mules weren't marking them for Trump, this isn't enough to prove they were so marked in a court of law. And it would be a heavy bar to redo the election after Biden was sworn in. No clue how this could even be carried out. So even the Republicans in office who are well aware the vote was compromised in favor of Biden don't wish to address it. It will get them nowhere and would take ten years to validate all the culprits. And all they would have to claim is, "We ANTIFA/BLM members were stuffing for Trump".
