If that was the case I would have invested in Sears. If that was the case it would have been apparent Sears was to be the Amazon of today. And trust me I would have known. But I knew that wasn't the correct perception for the future. So I didn't invest in Sears. Now if Sears where to have been the rightful Amazon of today, I would have invested... heavily. Then Bezos would have screwed me. But somehow my perception was correct and I didn't invest in Sears. Could be I got lucky and by mistake made the wrong investment that turned out to be the correct one. So which scenario is correct. I see three logical possiblities. Which one is correct?
