But, indirectly they are, as people avoid doctors to avoid catching COVID, & get health care too late. And doctors & aids are fearful of encounters with scum that refuse to protect themselves from this pandemic, & avoid the hands-on approaches of the past. And needed health tests have been delayed due to our health facilities being overwhelmed by COVID patients.
