Indeed I do care deeply that a million Americans died horrific and completely unnecessary deaths at the hands of Big Pharma and their fellow profiteers. If you are referring to Big Pharma's capture of government bureaucracy/bureaucrats/regulatory agencies, the legacy media, medical journals and politicians, that's simply a known. Just business, that resulted in a million dead Americans and millions more worldwide.
