Antibodies not testing positive doesn't mean you don't have resistance, if you were infected mildly or a long time ago. You probably wouldn't test positive for polio antibodies either. T-Detect is a T-cell immunity test that can tell if your immune system has a memory of it, even though an antibody test may not reveal it.
