The DOJ doesn't decide who has broken the law and who hasn't. The people decide.
The place to decide where Trump violated the law and where he didn’t is in criminal court, state and federal criminal court...just like the rest of us. That's how it is supposed to work in this country.
So...WTF are you sniveling about? If one of us organized and promoted the rioting at the US Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, we would have been locked up in federal prison a long time ago. If one of us attempted to use the power and authority of our position or our office to have votes created out if thin air to win an election is the State of Georgia (and we have all heard the phone calls) we would have been locked up in the Georgia State Prison, Reidsville, Georgia a long time ago.
Bana, The DOJ just meddled in a federal court case with it's legal filing ....
and then ...
lied and stated ...
it takes no position on the lawsuits ....
From my article. ....The Justice Department told a Washington federal appeals court in a legal filing that it should allow the lawsuits to move forward, rejecting Trump’s argument that he is immune from the claims. The department said it takes no position on the lawsuits’ claims that the former president’s words incited the attack on the Capitol. Nevertheless, Justice lawyers told the court that a president would not be protected by “absolute immunity” if his words were found to have been an “incitement of imminent private violence.”
