you obviously forgot that Bragg stated in his first attempt at this ...that there was not sufficient evidence to charge trump .....
and Bragg had all of Trump's Financials ....at the time.
And could find nothing of significance ....to charge him with ...not even a misdemeanor. ...

He doubles down with his partisan stupidity because he just like you suffers from TDS ....and hinges his whole case on the testimony of the proven liar and felon Cohen.
and now is trying to manufacture a felony out of thin **** air .......so he can get that pic of Trump in handcuffs so it can be used in the coming Democrat attack ads going into 2024.
