Absolutely! What's the point in having their deaths delayed. If I were going to create a bio-weapon, I'd want it to kill everyone within the first 3 minutes. Anything less would be FAILURE.
What would be the point of having a bio-weapon that allows people to live for 5 years if you could just kill them in a few minutes? None. That's why your comments in this regard are simply wrong.
