This is why all we need is Ellesmere island. Really, its a worthless piece of land too for now. It will take over 100 years of true global warming to make any of that land marginally valuable.
I get it, Johnson/Seward had no clue what Alaska would be worth to the US in 1867 either. So, I agree with you. Only acquire Greenland if it wants to be acquired and for a fair price. Otherwise, walk away and work on other things that are more pressing.
There is nothing more pressing strategically than the acquisition of a large supply of rare earth minerals.....

Without a steady supply Nvidia and other semiconductor companies will **** the bed with-in 5 years ...
